The above 7 day rates apply only to Sat to Sat bookings  Children under 3 are Free but still need to be booked
The Family Maximum rate covers parents and their immediate children aged 18 and under
All bookings include 3 meals a day from dinner on the first day until lunch on the last day
For 4-20 July School Holidays if bookings are heavy, the maximum booking period may be reduced to 5 or 6 nights.

   Any period may be booked up to 22 June am
and from 19 September pm.
 Value Season
Sat 28 June pm to Sat 5 July am &
Sun 14 September pm to Sun 21 September am
   For the period 22 June to 19 September am, only 7 day Sat-Sat and 6 day Sun-Sat bookings can be initially confirmed.
(But see above for 4-20 July School Holidays).
Requests for other periods including weekends are wait-listed. They will be confirmed shortly before the requested period or earlier if they match other bookings and so fill a Saturday to Saturday period.
